About Tech Lumo

At Tech Lumo, we believe that technology should be an asset, not a headache. We’ve seen firsthand how small businesses struggle with outdated, complex, and expensive technology solutions. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to provide businesses like yours with tech that is simple, scalable, and cost-effective.

Tech Lumo was started by our owner and founder, Phil Behrens. Phil started his career in web development after completing his undergraduate degree in Information Technology. He spent the beginning portions of his tech career building websites and custom applications for a Forture 200 company. He progressed through a number of roles from systems analyst, program manager and has led large global teams.

He is also a small business owner in the residential real estate industry and owns a number of rental properties. He has implemented many of the services he now offers into his own businesses. Throughout his 20+ years in technology he found a passion for helping small business with their technology needs. This passion is what drove him form Tech Lumo.

Having a solid tech foundation and digital/website presense is critical in today's market. Phil found as he worked with small businesses throughout his career that small business struggle to find reliable and trustworty technolgy partners. The model created with Tech Lumo opens the door up with lower up front fees to help businesses get moving.
